ParkingTicketPayment.com is a service offered in conjunction with the City of Newburyport which allows you the convenience paying your parking tickets online with most major credit cards. You may now also submit an appeal for your parking ticket through this service.

Appeals submitted through this service will immediately be sent to the City of Newburyport for Processing. Parking ticket payments made through this service will automatically be updated as paid in the City of Newburyport's database.

There are no fees involved if you are submitting an appeal for a parking ticket. If you proceed to pay a parking ticket, a flat rate convenience fee of $3.50 will be charged per ticket paid through ParkingTicketPayment.com.
